The Autumn Southeast Regional OCF Retreat will be held November 17-19th, 2023 at Diakonia Retreat Center in Salem, South Carolina. "Building an Ark: Called to be a Witness of Christ" Join us for a discussion on how can we build our ‘arks’ and draw others closer to Christ through strengthening our lives in Christ and bearing witness to others. The Winter Youth Rally commences each year on the Feast of St. Stephen on December 27. All Orthodox teens in the Metropolis of Atlanta involved in their local parish's GOYA and Church School program are invited to Atlanta, GA each December to compete in tournaments representing their church community.

We are excited for the 2024 Hellenic Dance Festival in Orlando, Florida at the Caribe Royale Resort! The theme for HDF 2024 is “Imagine.” In Matthew 5:1-12, we read the Beatitudes and begin to imagine what Christ says we could experience, such as: the Kingdom of Heaven, being comforted, inheriting the earth, being filled, mercy, seeing God, being called a child of God, reward in Heaven. Imagining such beauty is inspiring and empowering to be what Christ calls us to be: poor in spirit, mournful, meek, hungry and thirsty for righteousness, merciful, pure in heart, peacemakers, persecuted because of righteousness, Rejoicing and Glad!
