1.  Atlanta Metropolis per capita is $10.00 per member.  National Philoptochos per capita is $15.00 per member.
The number of members submitted to the Metropolis and National must match.
 
2.  Download the Member List Form: Philoptochos Chapter Membership Excel Form and save it to your computer.  (you may update the same spreadsheet that was used the previous year)  

3.  National Membership
     a.  Email the completed Member List Form to National Philoptochos at      [email protected].  Please include your chapter number, parish name, and the city and state in the Subject of the email to National Philoptochos.
     b.  Use the pre-printed envelope to mail the 2023 National Per Capita Coupon and check to National Philoptochos.(Envelopes and Coupons were mailed to the chapters)

4.  Metropolis Membership
     a.  Email the same completed Member List Form to the Metropolis Philoptochos Membership Chair Linda Cepeda at [email protected].
     b.  Download the 2023 Metropolis Commitment Form and fill in the Number of members on the 2023 Commitment Form and mail the form with the check to Martha Driscoll, Metropolis Treasurer, 1228 Sherlock Drive, Marietta, Georgia 30066. 

5.   Per Capita should be paid by April 30 following the enrollment period of January 1 - April 30. Stewardship-Per Capita paid after April 30 must be submitted by December 31.

In order for the Metropolis Treasurer to ensure Chapter Commitments and Donations are applied appropriately, listed below are a few guidelines to follow:
 
Metropolis of Atlanta Philoptochos 2023 Commitment Form
 
1.  Commitments for the Metropolis are due April 30, 2023 (Fanouropita due October 2023) to ensure your chapter is in good standing.

2.  Download and print the 2023 Commitment Form.  This form is used to report ALL Metropolis commitments, donations, special appeals, projects and any type of other payments that are sent to the Metropolis Treasurer.  Please make copies of this form for your use. 

3.  Mail the completed 2023 Metropolis Commitment Form with your check. Each time you send a check, please fill out a NEW Commitment Form with the specific information that applies only to the enclosed check.

2.  All checks should be payable to Metropolis of Atlanta Philoptochos.  TWO signatures are required on all checks.  Write the chapter number on each check.
ALL COMMITMENTS AND DONATIONS MAY BE PAID IN ONE CHECK!

3.  Please do not mail checks to the Metropolis of Atlanta. Mail checks and coupons to the Metropolis Treasurer. The correct mailing address is Martha Driscoll, Treasurer at 1228 Sherlack Drive, Marietta, GA 30066 and is on the 2023 Metropolis Commitment Form.
